Nexus Blitz Walking Nexus, Enemy Nexus Never Spawned.

We were about half way through their nexus' HP bar when the "walking nexus" even started. Our nexus spawned and walked all the way to their fountain, but theirs never spawned. Because of this we had 0 chances of winning. [sg-janna]
