Auto doesnt hit minion or do damage

It's happened a couple times not many but when I was laning in game I auto attacked a minion just auto not moving and stopping I know that can interrupt the attack. My attacks failed to hit the minion and i thought maybe it was just an visual error but the minion did not take any damage and it happened with 2 autos in a row. No I was not blinded by anything I was not taking damage from any source it just bugged. its happened 3 games now. I was on summoners rift and I was playing as Ashe. (Ranked solo queue)
