Hi,

Sometimes when i ulti infront of me the skill goes behind me. I use smartcast.

Same when I used Nami's ulti, happened to me twice. But it wasn't behind me tho, was just adjacent to the original direction intended. Also uses smartcast. Which I am 100% I didn't accidentally move my mouse elsewhere.
