Loading Screen Freezes

Every other game I play freezes during loading screen and once it does I try reopening the League of Legends client but the Login screen never appears after launching. The issue stops after I restart my PC but reoccurs after the first game. Please help:C

Well, my LoL freeze everytime if i open it, but only the first. So it means first start = freeze, second = not, but if I restart first start = freeze, etc.
