FanART page ERROR:????

Hi! Recently I had a problem with the site, wich took me a month, that I had exchanged several letters with Riot support, And they could not came up with a soullution. -Checked all available browsers -Computer updated, clean

• Tried several other computers
• created new account -Tried from 3 other friend account from different IPadress

I COULD NOT UPLOAD MY ARTWORK , im signed in and keeps sending an error message, pleas log in to continue WHILE IM LOGED IN XD then early this month..(JULY 2018) I have a friend called ex-Riot Deadalus, whom I told my problem , and asked - ahh dude could you upload it?- "Sure" after like 5 minutes Upload sucsessful... 3 weeks has passed and still dont see my work on the fanart site...
