I won ranked but instead giving me +LP it took me -16LP

I was playing lol to go to promos today . Before that i had 92LP and after i went to ranked and won the game instead of giving me more +LP it took me -16LP. Now i have 76LP and ain't in promos. In the beginning of the game my pc crashed but i managed to come in again and helped my team as much as i could. I've got an image that proves that i won the game but lost -16LP. Any help?

If your computer crashes for 5+ min of gametime sadly regardless of whether you win or not the game considers you a leaver and you will lose LP.
