[Gameplay] Shen Q + Relic shield bug

I played a decent bit of Shen support recently and noticed that his q interacts very strangely with relic shield. A common pattern for shen is to mark a minion with q and then attack that minion to regen health. When Shen does this with relic shield(or any upgrade), it will execute the minion yet it will not give him the health regen his is supposed to get by attacking a marked minion. Small problem, but would be a nice qol change for non-meta shen play.
