Recconect Problems with Hidden icons

Every time I try to join a game it doesn't bring me to the loading screen. I have to go to my hidden icons and click the riot game logo to pop it back up. Now it tells me to reconnect , so I do. Then it just goes back to my hidden icons and does this whole things over and over. I cant join the game. Can anyone help me?
