Ghost RP [CLIENT BUG]

So today, I bought a $10 prepaid card and put the card code in. I was trying to buy the new Bloodmoon Katarina, but then when I tried to buy her, an error occurred but I technically still own the skin. The skin doesn't appear in my skin collection and I have the RP I previously had before but the RP actually can't be used (so it displays 1400 rp but is unusable). I've restarted my pc + league and would rather not reinstall league to try to see if that fixes it. Any ideas on how to fix this?Katarina
