League bugs

Every game there is a problem for me that wont let me tab out of the game (or do anything at all) starting at the loading screen. It stops me from doing anything except hit control+alt+delete. Even then as soon as I click 'task manager' to close the window the game returns me strait to the loading screen window as if I never even left the screen in the first place still with no control of my computer. (alt+f4 wont work) The only options I have from there is to ctrl+alt+del and choose an option to shutdown or I can keep waiting.

Now lets review this but it is if there is an RPG element to my writing and you would be in my position.

>game loading screen: waiting for something to happen you alt+tab in hopes of entertainment. astoundingly you briefly mistake this game for CS:GO because in that game it takes about 45 seconds to tab out and you got used to it. You waited for the game to tab out a minute later. You wait... and wait... nothing happens. Well shit I need to close the window and reopen because it must be bugged or something. I will just ctrl+alt+del and task manager the window closed. Now you click the task manager button and then are greeted with the last thing you want to see... the computer wont let you see any thing except the game window and this ctrl+alt+del menu. choose one of the next two options.

>chooses shutdown: Get CUCKED! You fool all those tabs you had open like discord are closed because you had to restart you will need to reopen them and start again! You have shown up to lane late and you did not help leash the jungler. You and your teams start every game with a disadvantage.

> Wait for the game to start: Get CUCKED even harder! Once again the window is frozen on the game you have a normal mouse cursor (not the in game one) but the window for the game is border less so no 'x' button and same situation as before nothing works. You can see the screen where you spawn and you can see the game update just fine i.e. chat, pings, and player actions. If you chose this option it is too late but still stop and refer to the shutdown option listed above.

>restarted: congrats you can play a game now! Well once your computer boots up and you start everything and reconnect to the game. now you can tab out like normal as if nothing happened at all! Everything works just perfect for the rest of this match. Well except now you are level 1 and are ~5 minutes late to the game. continue on to the next section.

> Win/Lose: well GG either way right (hahaha)! commend the people if they are deserving but now your friends want to play again. continue to next section.

>Oh I will play more: yeah right kid restart at the start of every game and keep playing like normal. Yeah you are thinking this is a joke right nope. Options are wait for next patch which never fixes it or play with x10 more salt than normal.

So I was looking for a fix to this or a way to avoid losing control of my computer completely to riots game. I have this problem no matter what happens. If I sit on the load screen it locks me out. If I only have league open it locks me out. If I click the window for champ select right before the loading screen to make sure it is open... it locks me out. If I slam my shit as hard as I can because I am pissed off normally it works for a player movement click and goes back to locking me out.
