If someone is flaming you in game, I'd highly suggest avoiding the situation by muting the player(s). 'They started it' isn't a viable argument so your response of 'kys' isn't acceptable. Flaming/raging is against the Summone's Code, and is a punishable offense.

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account. Saying 'kys' isn't taken lightly, due to it's implications.
I do appreciate that you realize what you've done isn't cool, and that you'll try to be a more positive player in the future. :) Here are a few tips that'll get you started on the right path going forward!
That said, we don't reverse/lift bans under any circumstances in these types of situations. Unfortunately, this does mean that you won't be receiving rewards this season. :c

I was tempted to make one, but they actually ask you to make a hand-written letter, and I don't know how to use a pen anymore... FML ;S
For precision's sake, they also ask for a $5 fee, but I personally don't care about that. The handwritten letter looks like a much more annoying requirement.
