[CLIENT] Error Message Pops Up When Launching a Match

Since patch 6.9 released, I have been seeing an Error message pop-up whenever we create a lobby for a party. I have not seen the message on solo queue (besides Ranked), but the pop-up happens on all queues as a party (Normal Draft, Normal Blind, ARAM, featured game modes, even Custom games). I took screenshots of the message as it occurred on 3 separate recreations.
