PROBLEM(URGENT)

everytime when match found i was suppose to go champ select,not me but all correct? but why am i always after match found i have to wait a black screen until the game started this is in urf,how about in normal play i cant even called lanes after 10 second left then im in champ select tell me now how to fix this
