[GAMEPLAY] DIE DURING TRYNDAMERE ULT

Hi,

I just played a game where this bug occurred. I died during mid tryndamere ult to tristana while attacking the nexus. I clearly ulted early (could hear and see sound effects as well as ult going on cd). I will link a replay.gg if it's available and allowable on the forums.
