[CLIENT] Ranked match win did not count in series

I was in my 3rd game of my series from B2 to B1 and won but the victory did not count towards it, the victory would have promoted me to B1. I have a screenshot of the after match stats where it shows victory and the latest event in the series as an X with a blank. I cannot recreate the bug and already tried relogging in to see if it would update. Please help! ):
