[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn Auto Attack Bug

Just played a ranked game on EU West (5.15) with Caitlyn (Officer Caitlyn) and the last-hitting felt really awkward. The dmg applied instantly instead of when the projectile hit. This applied to all autoattacks, not only last-hitting or critical hits. It was essentially what is shown in the linked video, except it happened on every hit.

I could not yet recreate the bug in a custom bot game, but it is live as of August 2015
