Some Bugs I've Been Noticing

There are a couple bugs that I've encountered recently, and I just wanted to bring them to you guys' attention, in case they've been happening to anyone else. I say "bugs" although I'm not sure if its the appropriate term, but these things happen under different circumstances, and some also happen to the friends I play with:

General

1. Using Alt+Tab "breaks" my League:

• Left-clicking pings
• W, E, R abilities don't work
• Opening chat switches game to windowed mode
• Camera stays locked/unlocked (can't switch) --* I am forced to ctrl-alt-del then relaunch the game*

2. Pressing "Play Again" after any non-teambuilder game takes me to the custom game selection screen
3. Currently requires two attempts to log in.

Yasuo

1. Windwall fails to block projectiles half of the times I use it. Except Nunu's snowball (it NEVER blocks it)
2. Ultimate sometimes fails to activate when walking into ult range while the target is in the air.
3. Stacked Q sometimes fails to knock up (but not as often)

Azir

1. Soldiers' attack animation keep playing after the target has died, or after using Q
2. Soldiers sometimes fail to attack for 1-2 autos (after that they attack normally)

Vel'Koz

1. Still has two classic skins
