[Gameplay] Warwick skills pictures fail

Wile trying to go AP Warwick i found that my skills after i used then appeared to still be active and when trying to use them again found that i could not. The skill stayed without a timer till i was able to use them again. this happened several times during the start of the game and the start of my next game but did not occur to me at the end of the game. My items that i bought started with two mana charms a health and a mana potion which I followed up the challis then I got sorcerers boots and a tear of the goddess witch then i got the unholy grail, witch i followed with Nashor's tooth archangels staff and death cap but not sure what order. I Got this glitch about 4 ish times from my two games.
