Anniversary gifts bugged?
It's telling me to complete daily missions to unlock, but there's no missions visible under "Missions / 10 Year Anniversary".
How to proceed? I don't want to miss today's reward.

You won't miss it, you get 30 days to get them. I can't see them either so my best advice is wait till tomorrow. It'll show up eventually.
