[GamePlay] Fiddle Drain Lucian Bug

While playing an ARAM as Lucian with a fiddle sticks on my team, I encountered a bug where when fiddle would drain it would make my character stop moving and I would be unable to interact with the game. While this was happening the drain spell bar would appear at the bottom of my screen. It happened 3-4 times during the ARAM. I didn't have my shadowplay active unfortunately.
