[GAMEPLAY] Is Nidalee bugged in a few ways, or is this my imagination?

I'm typically a casual League of Legends player (mainly bot games and the occasional ARAM), but I do play Summoner's Rift games sometimes. When I play on the Howling Abyss map, I sometimes notice that when an enemy Nidalee uses Javelin Toss, the spear will sometimes not appear whatsoever and the spear will hit its target and the leaves that appear when a spear lands show up. I haven't been observant enough to notice if it happens when I do it, but I have noticed it plenty of times when going against an opposing Nidalee.

When I play on Summoner's Rift, however, I will sometimes encounter some weird mini-map error; for example(on blue side) I've seen an opposing Nidalee's portrait outside of the bot/mid base gate on my minimap, then her portrait quickly vanished and the portrait instantly appeared in front of the middle brush in between both of the first top lane turrets. It has not always happened in those specific places on the map every time, either.

My computer isn't good enough to use recording software, so I am unable to provide video or picture proof of this unfortunately. I am just curious if these things have happened to anyone else when going against an enemy Nidalee, and if it's something that needs to be fixed.
