[Client] Series Completion Error

Howdy there everyone. So a couple days ago, I posted about a similar issue (see attached link), and today a bigger one surfaced. I qualified for another series, and this time, upon successfully completing it, I was told I qualified for a series, instead of receiving the expected congratulatory message. To reiterate, I won two of my three series games, then was put into another series instead of being promoted. This is obviously an issue that needs to be rectified. Thank you in advance for any assistance (assuming it will be forthcoming).
