Beta Client black screen - urgently requires fix

The beta client worked fine today until two games ago. I queued with a friend and when we got to champion selection, I got a black screen on my client. No clicks registered. I ran out of time and was kicked out of champion selection, with a 5 minute queue ban.

I thought to myself, "Okay, must have been a fluke." So I queued up again, waited out the queue ban with my friend, and got to champion select. Black screen again. Same issue. I ran out of time and was kicked out once again.

Now I have a 15 minute queue ban and strikes against my already-imperfect leaverbuster record. I've switched to the legacy client and do not plan to switch back. Please revoke my queue ban and strikes.
