  1. Open Avast Interface
  2. Click the scan on the left
  3. Click box in this image
  4. Right click the file in this image
  5. Select "Restore and add to exlcusions"
  6. Select yes.
  7. Skip All.
  8. Game back to normal.

He's right. This is what I just did after someone suggested it in my thread and so far, everything seems to be working.
