Fragments Chest Keys Disappear

It happened to me with 2 boxes and keys which i had payed for with paysafe and once right now which i got from games, basicly i make the keys form the 3 fragments i click open and then the chest and key disappear and i get nothing, please fix it and if u can give me my 3 boxes/keys back because i payed for them

have you tried to go back to the profile tab and then back to the loot tab and check your loot to see if its in there, because sometimes that works when i open a chest and it just vanishes.
