[Match History Stats] Anivia + Ultimate Hat Mastery

Hey guys, i played a game on Anivia and wanted to see the Runes stats after the game. So it shows that Ultimate Hat gave me 0% CDR, whereas i used the ult many times. See the follwoing screenshot.

When i tested Anivia in training mode, the "ultimate hat" mastery worked.
