Client = black screen in lobby, leaving = 15 minute queue penalty

To summarize, I just tried to play an ARAM and my client bugged upon joining a match, the entire client went black in the pre-game lobby and couldn't do anything other than open my friends list. Determining that it would be dumb to literally go into a game blind, I closed and restarted the client and was greeted with a 15-minute queue penalty for something ENTIRELY OUT OF MY CONTROL.

So yeah, if you could fix this at some point so I don't randomly get punished again for simply trying to play the game, that'd be lovely.

It got me the same way, booted me from a few ranked games. After my time penalties I got a few more black screens, now I just time out at the log in screen.

Just had the same thing happen to me. Was for ARAM as well. Pretty annoying to get the time penalty for something you can't control. And now I'm scared to play any more matches in my promos in case it happens then and I get an auto-loss.

I've had a similar issue but my screen stays at the main screen and refuses to show me the champ select. I've had it happen more for aram than any other que. if this continues i wouldn't want to be in ranked and get dropped for not picking a champ getting a penalty of time and LP
