I played a game yesterday where I received a S rank while also having my weekly chest available. The post game chat said I received the chest but it never came. The chest timer reset and I've tried relaunching the client but no luck. Anyone else experiencing this?

Have you already gotten at S rank on that champion? You can only get one chest on each champion per SEASON.
Okay so I got another one today and I actually got it, sure I'm not sure what is going on.
You can only get one chest per champion per season. But if you'd already earned a chest for that champion, it would not have sent you that message after the game at all. Either the message was sent in error, or the chest failed to deliver. One or the other.
