[Gameplay] Sion Ult Deals Dmg to Towers

When i was playing around in the new practice tool (it's great btw ^^) i found that Sion's ult dealt dmg to turrets. I tried restarting the game and started from lvl 1 and it still deal dmg. Have only tried it in practice tool though.
