Warwick Bugged out

I don't know everything but I have 2 accounts that are both high gold and almost plat so I have a decent idea or the game. This is an issue that has been going on for about 6?ish months and when I first played Warwick I never had this problem. Hungering Strike and Hunters Call the abilities sometimes don't work versus players only and then when you get out of a player vs player fight and go on minions or don't attack a player again for a few seconds they work again. This is extra horrible because his ult has such range that you open with it sometimes but then both of your abilities don't work at all because you're in combat now with a player. Sometimes both wont work, sometimes 1 works, sometimes they work eventually even if in combat with a player but if they work its random and not when u want/only happens because you're spamming the keys for a long time hoping they go off eventually/randomly. I have been using Hunters Call right before I engage just to actually have this ability work even though this is a horrible strategy. Before this problem you could ult or do anything and perfectly time your hunters call and hungering strike because they always worked in every situation versus now you cast them too early since it wont work during player vs player fighting or you spam it and it casts randomly SOMETIMES/sometimes not at all or until out of combat with a player. Please don't disable warwick this is a disability/problem/issue and not something that helps him obviously. I still use him but would love this to be fixed like it was. NO OTHER CHAMPION I HAVE PLAYED HAS THIS PROBLEM?ISSUE AT ALL so not only do I know it's a real problem but it also only happens on Warwick and is not my computer. I was just playing and a lot of times 1 or the other will work while the other is bugged out and will not work until you are done fighting players.
