Never even tried to load me into the game?

So I chose my champ and got a message saying "Please wait a moment while we load your game" In yellow text after the champion select was over. And I sat and waited, Because I had experienced it before and it eventually put me and my friends in the loading screen. but this time it never loaded me into the loading screen, and I just closed my client and opened back up, saw that I got 3 arcade tokens, and looked at my match history. It was a remake and I was labled leaver?? This is like kind of a lame bug and would really like this fixed. Def not a PC issue because this is a brand new PC and have seen multiple bugs on this client before along with my friends experiencing some of the same things.
