[Client] [Store] When gifting a friend, store does not categorize skins by champions

When trying to gift a skin to a friend, I was unable to categorize the skins by champion. It would instead put the skins in alphabetical ascending or descending order. When I sorted the champions by alphabetical order, it came up with the correct alphabetical order sort method. I've attached an album (two pictures....not much!) of the champion sorting issue.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to Gifting Center
2. Select a friend to gift
3. Choose "Unlock A Skin For A Friend"
4. Attempt to sort by Ascending or Descending Champion sort method in the "Sort By" bar
5. Wonder why it isn't working and realize it's potentially a bug
