[Gameplay] Blitzcrank Bugs

Blitzcrank had a weird interaction with Vayne where he pulled her through himself and behind him, as opposed to just pulling her to him. The death recap also said his ult active did 400~ damage at rank one with just 32 AP (actual numbers are 250 +100% of AP at rank one). Sorry I don't have any footage (I don't use any recording software because it slows my computer down too much), but it'd be nice if someone could take a look into this.
