Queue Times with the new System

Hello everybody. May it be possible that some kind of "bug" cuases queue times to be especially long? like some hidden hardware bug or software cross bug - i can't imagine what it could be. The thing is: When i queue games with the new 2 dynamic Queue system. i do often (even with Supp/Fill) get Queue times above 5 Minutes, up to 10 minutes. Just wondering if that's normal or may be some kind of bug? When i queue with Friends they also are like "wtf is with the queue" but it only appears when playing with me (Only exception is if we queue as 5 man premade) Someone got similar issues?

Another thing: If i don't queue as Support (i tend to go Jngl/Mid cos i hope to get to play jungle more frequently) i NEVER have Queue times less than 5 minutes, sometimes even up to 15 minutes... So to play a League game it takes a lot of time (i mean if i want to play like 3 games i have to take like 30min queue into account - not to mention if people leave, the whole thing starts over again)
