Ward Skin Reward??

After achieving my level two team pass reward level, I never got my Team ward skin reward. Is that a bug? Should I have gotten the skin right away or am I supposed to still be waiting to get it? It's been a month now and I have yet to see it.

It might have been a bug. SOmetimes its as easy as reseting your lobby. Ive received it a few days after completing the missions
