The connection servers for Mac are Trash and needs to be fixed

So, this is perhaps the last straw because I don't think I've ever made a thread but as the title says I'm on a MacBook Pro and I've high-quality internet and for some deranged reason I get disconnected while in the loading screen and then it gives me a leave buster whenever I make an attempt to reconnect. Like this has been an ongoing issue that I've ONLY ever experienced with mac so why has this not been patched yet? I'd like some actual feedback and not some BS marketing response.
