[Client]/[Gameplay] Game not working, and requiring disconnect

So, I had been playing league pretty much all day (as is my usual schedule nowadays), and I decided to set up my masteries. runes, and create a couple champion item build sets, and although I was doing this for a solid 30-60 minutes, I had no problems with any of it. But when I entered a new match, the game decided not to let me buy anything. I bought something, but it would not reduce any gold, and the item would disappear from the slot it was in. On top of that, I was not able to move, and none of my teammates were either. When I would type a chat message, I would not see anything. At first, I believed it to be my internet messing up, but my computer had no issues loading web pages. I was waiting for around 15 minutes, when I decided to try to re connect, and when I loaded back into the game, my team was getting crushed by the enemy, and everyone had thought I was AFK. I did my best to finish the match, but starting off like that, we ended up surrendering. On top of that, I received a leaver-buster for disconnecting, which was another frustration, as I had planned on getting an IP boost, and get enough for Shyvana today.

Anyway, I don't know if there's anything that can be done about this, and I appreciate your reading this. I'm terribly sorry if this is just on my end, not so much the game's fault.
