queue lagging out

the queue randomly freezes and people wont be able to lock in so it will just be stuck at said player about to lock in and the count down be stuck at 0 seconds left and everyone has to dodge and get a leave buster and i have had to wait like 10 games now and have a 20 minute wait before the game and it sucks. Anyone know how to fix this? much thanks.
