Riot gifted Mystery Skin non-existent
So I just got a message that I got the Arctic Ops skin for Varus from Riot as a mystery gift.
But that skin is not unlocked for me; what's going on?

Probably just a bug. I went through this a few days ago, here are the steps I took to rectify the issue:
- Restart your client just to make sure!
- Check your gifting history under "purchases" in the store.
- Contact the support and tell them the problem, they usually can fix that all within a day (I sent in a request earlier today and it has since been replied to not once but twice).

There's been some issues recently with unlocked skins not actually showing immediately - if you haven't already I'd try logging out and back in, and also go to the store and pretend to purchase it - does it allow you to purchase it?
If it lets you as far as confirming the cost, please submit a ticket to Riot at http://support.leagueoflegends.com for them to investigate this further. If it basically shows you already own the skin, give it a little while - it should within the next few hours confirm as unlocked, if the logout doesn't work.
