Can't hover over friends again. +Multiple other issues.

It was just fixed a day and a half ago and now its reoccurring again. This is clearly getting annoying. All of these random bugs started popping out ever since TFT gamemode was released. practice tool was delayed, the stats bar on your profile hadn't been updated in 2 weeks, and sometimes the game randomly kicks me out of a match and I can't relog (If I was doing a ranked game I lose LP). Now, when I invite a friend to play, the blue aura that is supposed to appear around the border doesn't appear anymore so I can't tell if I invited them unless I hit the invite tab.

Anyone else here experiencing the same problem? if so, let me know.
