Stuck in store[Gameplay}

I was playing Jax top lane, and I had a problem with joining due to fire wall issues,(tried to reconnect 5-6 times) Ended up joining 16 seconds into the game, but it wouldn't let me leave the store. So I attempted to teleport to my turret which worked but I immediately walked back to the store not being able to control him. Restarting client resolved the issue but by that time I was way behind and we lost the game. This is the first time it has happened to me but figured I would report it anyway.
