Its not the first time, actually, its about the 7 or 8 time it happenned to me.
In the middle of the game while casting spells the keys just stops working. I try to relog, I try to unbind/rebind keys even on different keybinds but the bugs just persist until the game is over. I would not mind if this was happenning in normal mode, but its like the 7th time i get reported for no reason because this bug keeps happenning. Please, investigate.

It's a nerf because katarina was too strong. Now you have a 50% chance for your abilities to work.

You need to kill yourself in order to use them again for me, so maybe you didn't try that, but it's worked 100% (although obviously I shouldn't have to).
Also just to add to the title, it's not just Q and R, but also recall doesn't work when this happens. Those 3 specific spells become uncastable.
Iv'e reported this issue on several occasions and Riot does nothing just ignores it
