i was 1/1 in promos of b3 going to b2 and i won the last game. now instead of putting me into b2 it restarted my promos and says i have 1 free win for these promos from b3-b2 please fix i should be at b2 0lp.
I got a free win out of it and i am gonna try to win this next match but i want a refund if i lose this bs cause i should be in b2 rn but instead im redoing my promos's for the 5th time. Fix please
It looks like 2 days ago your 5-9-9 Xin Win got you into promos. Then the 0-6-5 Rengar Loss and 7-11-2 Darius loss knocked you out of promos, giving you the free win because of the promo helper.
After that you Won 1, but you were probably at 70 LP after the 2 losses so that put you at like 90 LP at most, then you lost 2, which probably put you down to 50. Then you won 2, which put you back up to 90, then you Lost 1, down to 80, then won 1, which put you in promos with the free win. Then you just lost a game 20 minutes ago, which puts you 1-1 in promos because of the free win from promo helper.
