Illaoi ultimate animation not displaying

The last couple of days ive noticed Illaoi's ultimate animation not displaying properly, which irritated me, so i messed around and i think the cause of this is too many inputs when she ults, or too many input near the beginning of her animation. I got this to happen a few times in the video above, by attacking minions and ulting, ulting and casting other spells, and ulting and flashing early during the animation. I think it's also interesting to note that her tentacle health bars don't show up all the time like they're supposed to when this happens. Some fixes i tried were repairing my client and playing on low spec mode, but both of those options didn't help or make a difference.
