ARAM Champs can't leave the pit. Stuck at the very edge. Need to flash to escape

When playing ARAM several teammates and myself got stuck in the very start edge of the pit and unable to move out. When flashing out it was fine, but you randomly spanwed again in that spot... Walking backwards to the very edge of the pit makes you get stuck as well.
