[CLIENT] IP not being saved from day to day

Everytime I log back in to play for my first win of the day, I notice that my IP has been reset to 8696.

I get my first win of the day, and when I log out I am always over 9k, but for the past week my ip has been resetting to the same number, and all the ip I earned is lost. This has totaled to about 6k of IP I don't have now, and it means I can't earn anymore.

Nothing has changed in my setup, yet this problem sprung up without warning. Whats going on? Can I get my IP back?
