[client] Loot chest not awarded after s- game.
Basically what the title says. Achieved s- with shyv 04/06/2017 around 5am mountain time and no loot box awarded. I still have 4 left according to profile page.

did you already get a chest for that champion before or did you play a free week champ (Even if none of the above is true, you CAN get unlucky.)
You don't mean your Vi match instead of Shyvana, do you? That Vi match looks about 50x more likely to be an S. If you meant Vi, it looks like you already earned one from her this season, and you can only earn one per champion each season.
If you did mean your Shyvana match 2 games ago, I'd post over on Help & Support; they can take a look into your match and see the grade you earned and help determine why you didn't get a chest.
Getting an S or a team member getting an S is not an automatic Chest. There is only a chance you will get one. And yes, as someone said above, if you already received a chest for that champion in the same season you can not earn another one for the same champ.
