Don't play wukong until his R is fixed

So I was playing a ranked game wukong jungle and I was fighting and used my r...I think i got snared during my ult but after that I couldn't use it...it said "click again to stop cyclone" or something like that and when I decided to use my r again it just went on cooldown and nothing happened its like using a karthus ult but it does no dmg and no animations...
