Kennen 'W' needs a bug fix

I have to say I really enjoy this yordle , but a recurring bug on such a old Champion is odd. Often when I use 'w' on a target (monster, champion or minion) if the target dies or get out of range at the same time I cast, the spell doesn't work but still go on cool down, please fix this, Ty
