[GAMEPLAY] Veigar+ possibly Kennen

First of all Veigar's new 'q' doesnt work when u kill both big minion and little minion- it only gives 2 ap instead of 3/other options are fine (i think because i didnt check little monster+big monster). Then Kennen: it happened only once so i m not sure if there wasnt some lag or sth- i used shuriken skill 'q' and before it hit jax i got smited with slowing smite and my shuriken dissappeared halfway (it should only occur after death i think, and i didnt die-far from it).
